FOTD: Simple & Defined

I tried to film my updated contour routine today but didn't like the way it turned out. I'm still moving things around the apartment and the way I've moved my set up, the lighting wasn't great (it also doesn't help that it's been a bit gloomy so the natural light isn't the best). I think I'm going to have to invest in proper soft box lighting but fear not, I will get to the video soon!

So instead of a video, here's a Face Of The Day!

Foundation: Lancome Teint Idole Ultra 24H - 230 BUFF / Revlon Photoready - 002 VanillaI've rediscovered my love for Lancome Teint Idol Ultra now that I am switching up my routine for the colder months. Unfortunately I purchased this shade when I had seen a bit more summer sun so I added a pump of a lighter foundation to even it out. This is my current favorite foundation concoction - medium coverage, good staying power, matte yet still luminescent.
Concealer: Givenchy Mister Light - #4 (under eyes) / Vichy Dermablend Corrective Foundation - Nude 25 (where needed)
Contour / Highlight / Blush: MAC Pro Sculpting Cream - Copper Beech / Benefit Watt's Up! / Tarte Amazonian Clay Blush - Tipsy
Powder: Guerlain Meteorites Compact - 02 Teint Beige 
This is something new I'm trying. If you have the $$ to spend, try out this super lux powder! Finely milled with the slightest light reflecting pigments that add a natural glow to your skin! Note, it does have a fragrance to it, but I find it really lovely - not over powering!
Brows: Anastasia Brow Wiz - Caramel / Anastasia Brow Powder Duo - Strawburn / Anastasia Tinted Brow Gel - Brunette
